Having been wet all day, the rain stopped in time for the evening race. Seven
boats were out which excluded two regulars of FINAL DASH and ALACRITY.
The course was simple, Welbury Spar and home. A good choice as the rain came
on as the last boats were crossing the finish line. The times below would indicate
there was a fair wind.

As advised, we will make the last of the evening series NEXT WEDNESDAY 1st SEPT.
There will be a BBQ following the race.
CHANGES TO FALL SHEDULE.
1) The night race is now Saturday 11 Sept. This is followed on Sunday 12 Sept with the Fleet Captains Breakfast and Montague Hbr race.
2) PortlandÐMorsby will be run on Sunday 31 of October.
IN ADDITION: -
Sydney is hosting the inter-club Challenge on 18 & 19 Sept. David would like to put
team together. Perhaps we can talk about this next Wednesday.
