MEETING: General Meeting
May 25, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
As we have done in the past, we will be sending to each member:
1) a consolidated ‘report’ from each board member in lieu of the normal verbal reports provided at General Meetings pre-Covid.
2) a link to the Zoom meeting sent the day before on May 24. If you have not used Zoom in the past, you might now download the application to your device.
3) Minutes of the February 23, 2021 General meeting
The agenda (being sent out by email on May 11) is quite straight forward but any member may wish to ask for items to be added. Please send your request to secretary@saltspringsailing.ca.
In addition, any member may ask questions during the meeting, however, you may also wish to pose a question as written text before the meeting for it to be thoroughly addressed.
