The approved minutes of all Board and General meetings are posted on the website in the Members’ section called Documents. All you have to do is sign-in as a member and then click the secure documents area. You’ll find a list of documents available on that page and can scroll down for several years’ worth of minutes, including the latest. (Note: the latest ones are the BOD minutes from November 2018, and the General Meeting minutes from September 18, 2018.)
