Sage Hayward Winery Cruise

On the Friday night we would anchor in Winter Cove…..nice picnic tables for appies etc and then Saturday sail to anchor off the Sage Hayward Winery (there are also some slips and mooring buoys there now) and stroll up to the winery for lunch. At this point, depending on time, tides, wind and number of bottles drunk, we usually decide whether to take the hop across to anchor in Browning or sail round to Beaumont. If there’s any wind anywhere, it’s usually here. Then Sunday we sail back.
