Flying Fifteen Day, Saturday, May 4, 2024
Join Salt Spring Sailing Club’s keen Flying Fifteen group as they connect with accomplished New Zealand Flying Fifteen sailor Jenny Price. Jenny has extensive experience sailing in international Worlds and Nationals and is a leader in inspiring all ages and all skill levels to participate in cruising and racing events.
On Saturday morning May 4 at 9:30 am people can participate in a coaching session aboard one of the three Flying Fifteens owned by Sailing Club members. Then they will gather on the dock for snacks at noon.
Later in the day, participants are invited to the Clubhouse for a casual dinner (Nicholas’s famous vegetarian chili) from 5 to 7 pm.
At 7 to 9 pm people are invited to a workshop seminar by Jenny in the Clubhouse.
Note that all SISC members and members of the public are welcome to participate in the training session and food events and to attend the evening workshop seminar at 7 pm.

There is no fee associated with this Flying Fifteen event and all are welcome. Note that Jenny will be participating in the annual Sailpast and sailpast race the next day at the Sailing Club.
