Members will be notified by email blast of Club issues regarding COVID19. The following is a summary of all changes due to the virus and is kept up to date as much as possible. The most recent changes are listed first.

The April Board meeting will be held virtually on April 7, as the Club has purchased the Zoom technology for holding virtual meetings.
The Easter Race/Cruise is being postponed and will be rescheduled for later in the year.
The turning on of water to the docks (originally scheduled for March 27) is being postponed for a week or two, due to the isolation and scheduling of the necessary crew. Stay tuned for more precise details!
The fire extinguisher check planned for April 19 will be postponed.
The Spring work party originally scheduled for April 4 has been cancelled.

Registration for both the Summer Sailing School and the Round Saltspring Race has been temporarily suspended. The Round Saltspring Race has been postponed until further notice. The fate of this year’s sailing school is yet to be determined. Stay tuned!
Opening Day Sailpast and Safety Day and the Sailing School Open House will be cancelled.
Clubhouse bookings will be cancelled and no booking requests will be accepted until further notice.
Club races will be run under modified protocols. Contact email@example.com for the latest protocols.
Decisions about the Vendée Saltspring Race, scheduled for July 10-12, will be made in late April.
Reciprocal moorage is now closed until after the F Dock project is complete, likely in mid-June.
